  in your xsl file just write something like:

  <xsl:template match="p">
  <xsl:copy><xsl:value-of select="."></xsl:copy>
  </xsl:template>

  all content include <p> should be copied to your html final.

NO!!!!
xsl:value-of produces the string value so will through away any
element children of th ep.
You just want <xsl:copy-of select="."/> as has been said by several
people already. Also you need to fix the source so there _is_ a p
element to match on not just th etext &lt;p&gt;.
