So, MSXML builds a link like following:
<xsl:element name="A">
<xsl:attribute name="HREF">book.asp?b=<xsl:value-of select="@title"/></xsl:attribute>
<xsl:value-of select="@title"/>
</xsl:element>

If you have in XML file: <book title="XML">
And You want to get a link: <a href='books.asp?b=XML'>XML</a>
So, MSXML builds a link like following:
<xsl:element name="A">
<xsl:attribute name="HREF">book.asp?b=<xsl:value-of select="@title"/></xsl:attribute>
<xsl:value-of select="@title"/>
</xsl:element>
