Combining two test using the "and" operator

Hi all,

I am trying to combine the two test in to into one sentence using the and
operator.
But i don't seem to be able to get it to work. Can some show me?

<xsl:if test ="@imagehref">
<xsl:if test =".[@imagehref != '']">
