OXYGEN AI POSITRON HOOKS ADD-ON END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS ADD-ON.

This add-on extends Oxygen AI Positron by enabling the execution of AI Hook Handlers in response to AI-related events generated by the application.

By installing or using this add-on, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. FUNCTIONALITY

The add-on enables the processing of AI-related events through configurable hook handlers. Depending on the installed configuration, hook handlers may:

receive information related to AI interactions;
invoke custom logic;
execute external scripts, programs, or processes;
communicate with local or remote systems.
2. INFORMATION PROVIDED TO HOOK HANDLERS

Hook handlers may receive information associated with AI interactions and user actions within Positron.

Depending on the configured hook events, such information may include, without limitation:

user prompts and instructions;
AI-generated responses;
document content;
generated modifications;
file paths and project information;
tool invocation details;
user actions performed within the AI workflow;
metadata associated with AI sessions and events.
The exact information provided depends on the hook type, configuration, and installed extensions.

3. EXECUTION OF EXTERNAL CODE

Hook handlers may execute external scripts, applications, or processes.

Such scripts and applications execute with the permissions of the operating system user running Oxygen AI Positron and may access resources available to that user, including files, network resources, and external services.

4. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that:

AI Hook Handlers may process information associated with your AI interactions;
external scripts or applications may be executed as part of configured hook processing;
information may be stored, transmitted, or processed by systems configured by your organization or by installed extensions;
you understand the nature of this functionality and consent to its use within your environment.
5. DISCLAIMER

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, OR DATA PROTECTION.

SYNCRO SOFT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BEHAVIOR, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, OR LEGAL COMPLIANCE OF THIRD-PARTY OR CUSTOM HOOK HANDLERS, SCRIPTS, APPLICATIONS, OR EXTERNAL SYSTEMS USED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS ADD-ON.
