PLUGIN LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR OXYGEN XML EDITOR - OXYGEN XML WEB AUTHOR TESTING PLUGIN This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Oxygen XML Web Author Testing Plugin (the "Plugin") provided by Syncro Soft SRL ("Licensor"). By installing or using the Plugin, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 1. Purpose and Scope. The Plugin is licensed solely for the purpose of enabling testing of frameworks or file rendering in Oxygen XML Web Author within the Oxygen XML Editor environment. This Plugin provides limited functionality of Oxygen XML Web Author exclusively for testing purposes and is not intended for use in production environments. 2.License Grant. Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the Plugin within the Oxygen XML Editor for testing purposes. The Licensee may not use the Plugin for commercial purposes, distribution, or any other use beyond testing functionalities as provided within this Agreement. 3.Restrictions The Plugin is not licensed for full use or deployment of Oxygen XML Web Author in a production environment. The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Plugin. The Licensee shall not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Plugin or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. 4.Ownership. The Plugin and all intellectual property rights related to the Plugin remain the property of the Licensor. This Agreement grants no rights to the Licensee beyond those expressly stated. 5.Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Plugin, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. 6.Termination. This license is effective until terminated. The Licensee's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if the Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies of the Plugin. 7. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Plugin. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Romania.
