All wires must have a wire identification number. If there is no further breakdown, by the use of the circuit code element <circuitIdent> and the wire section identification element <sectionIdent>, then the element <wireNumber> must contain the complete wire identification.If a conductor runs thru non-functional breaks (eg, a terminal junction module or a splice), the wire identification number must be the same for the two wires, but the section identifications are different.
