The element <simpleRefPara> contains a minimum set of text elements. It is used where the full set of elements that are available in a full paragraph (in the element <para>) is not required, but a reference to a data module, a publication module or a non-S1000D publication required. Simple paragraphs with reference are used for example in the elements <reasonForUpdate>.
