The element <sampling> contains a description of the sampling being used as expressed in its attributes. It is a subset of the total number of product instances on which the inspection must be performed. The sampling can be given as a percentage, a fraction or as a textual description. The element <sampling> has only textual content and must be omitted if the inspection is performed on the full set of products.
