The element <referencedApplicGroupRef> provides a container for defining references to the externalized applicability annotations that apply to various parts of the data module. When the applicability annotations are externalized (ie, collected into the applicability annotations CIR data module) from the data modules where they are used, the element <referencedApplicGroupRef> (within element <content>) must be used.
