Learning objectives state the actions, conditions, behaviors, and standards expected of the learner by the end of a training event.Referencing content data from learning objectives: Learning objectives can be linked to the content items supporting them. Referencing is achieved thru the use of the element <dmRef> within an element <lcObjectiveItem>. Refer to Para .References can be made for entire content data modules, or identifiable portions of content data modules, according to the rules of use of the element <dmRef> found in Chap 3.9.5.2.1.2.
