emphasis

The element <emphasis> contains textual information (eg, a word, an expression or a sentence) to be highlighted.To highlight a word, an expression or a sentence, bold text is the preferred method. Alternatively, the use of color is permitted. Capital (uppercase) letters, italics or underlining are not permitted to highlight text, except for legacy data. Refer to Chap 3.9.1.
