The element <catalogSeqNumberRef> contains a reference to another CSN. For non-S2000M projects the attributes systemCode, subSystemCode, subsubSystemCode and assyCode are used to refer to the SNS of the reference target. For non-S2000M projects, the attributes initialProvisioningProjectNumber and responsiblePartnerCompanyCode must not be used.
