The element <brDecisionPointValueGroup> specifies what the BRDP is about. For example, business rules decision points can be about the choice of available values, or about allowing the use of a concept, an element, or an attribute in a certain context. It can also be used to define new values, etc. S1000D provides BRDP values for BRDP defined in the specification and captured inside the business rules template data module.
