The element <brDecisionExplanation> provides additional information for a business rules definition which was not defined by the element <brDecisionText>. This can be information taken from the specification or any other information formulated by the project or organization. For example, these could be markup examples, extracts from the specification or data/documents from other projects or organizations. The purpose of this added explanation is to enhance the reader’s understanding of the decision made for a BRDP.
