the starting point of the threshold. The starting point can be "from the beginning of the maintenance program" or "from the last time the inspection was performed". The attribute thresholdType can have one of the following values:
- "threshold" - the starting point is "from the beginning of the maintenance program"
- "interval" - the starting point is "from the last time the inspection was performed"
