Airframe, Electrical, Avionic, Engine). The attribute skillType can have one of the
following values:
- "st01" thru "st99".
The attribute skillType must have the
same value as the attribute personCategoryCode of the element <preliminaryRqmts>
in the <taskDefinition> branch of the maintenance planning ("schedule") Schema, if
both attributes are used.
It is recommended to only populate the attribute
personCategoryCode of the element <personCategory> when the child element
<preliminaryRqmts> of the element <taskDefinition> is used.
