accomplished with current Service bulletin. The attribute can have one of the following
values:
- "previousOrParallel" - the referenced Service bulletin must be done before
or simultaneously with the current one
- "previous" - the referenced Service
bulletin must be done before the current one
- "notPrevious" - the referenced
Service bulletin must not have been done before the current one
