A quantityUnitOfMeasure at this level indicates that the quantityUnitOfMeasure applies to the entire group, possibly including several values and/or tolerances. The implication is that by default the unit of measure will be displayed once after the value/tolerance (eg, "0,250 + 0,003 - 0,000 in."), but other formats can be applied by stylesheets.
