<p>We are proud to announce the immediate availability of <b>Oxygen
Feedback</b> <b>version 4.1</b> for both Cloud and Enterprise
editions!<br>
<br>
The main focus of Oxygen Feedback version 4.1 was to <b>streamline
the configuration and installation processes</b> by implementing
various navigation features and informative messages for the users
if any issues arise during the integration process. For instance,
users will be presented with warnings and indicators in several
places in the interface when a site or version has no page views,
typically indicating that the site or version has not been
installed. This approach aims to provide users with
troubleshooting hints directly within the admin interface.<br>
<br>
A newly introduced <b>Technical Support page</b> serves as a
valuable resource hub. It includes resources, such as a video
demonstration on how to install Oxygen Feedback and relevant
documentation topics. Additionally, administrators can
effortlessly reach out to the support team for troubleshooting
assistance through a dedicated form.<br>
<br>
Starting with this version, users now get all the relevant site
information at a glance from the new <b>Site Dashboard page</b>,
which is acting as the default page for a site. This includes the
activity stream, the various versions defined for that site, a
chart presenting the status overview for the existing comments,
page views, page ratings, and more.<br>
<br>
The notification features have also been refined. Messages sent in
notification emails for various events have been improved to make
the <b>information more clear and consistent</b>.<br>
<br>
As usual, version 4.1 of Oxygen Feedback also comes with various
important component updates.<br>
