<p>I am surprised: I reduced the book to the framework and it was
transformed. A partial book was not. Then I tested all the five
parts individually, they were all transformed. When I then tried
to transform the entire book it was transformed. Very strange! And
I did change a jota in the book, I only commented out whole
chapters and parts. <br>
</p>
<p>The end of it is that the book is transformed again.</p>
