<p>I have documents that use key-referenced <keyword> elements
to hold client names. While these key references are properly
resolved in output from the DITA-OT, they are not resolved in the
oXygen authoring view, even when the root map for the document is
set in the <b>DITA Maps Manager</b> view.<br>
