You seem to have disabled the option "Show element name" in the
Outline configuration menu (cogwheel icon to the right of the filter
field). Without that option none of the element names are shown,
even if there are no attributes to display.<br>

the outline is showing the first attribute, such as
"register_profile" of the child query element which makes
total sense. Wouldn't it make sense to display the element
name "Accounting" if no other attribute exists to display? </div>
