<p>We are having problems with the attached error. <p>This is occurring on a new install of Windows10 and a new 17.1 download.</p>

<p>We tried what was recommended in the post, creating a new custom_commons.vmoptions file in the Oxygen17 folder in Program Files. The file didn't exist so we created a new one. The file contained only one line</p>

then restarted Oxygen and checked the system properties (nothing there). We also tried rebooting the whole computer and then checking the Oxygen system properties. We also tried not checking but just trying to checkout the repository.</span></span></span></p>
