    No, it doesn't do this automatically when the application is
    (re)started, you have to manually refresh the folder or file that
    was modified in the Project view.<br>
    You can of course simply refresh the project root. This behavior is
    similar to the Eclipse IDE.<br>

              the file timestamps). So, in theory, you should never have
              to manually update the index.<br>
              You can see when the index was last updated in the
              Open/Find Resource dialog, bottom left.<br>
