[oXygen-user] Show license in 'Manage add-ons' dialog box?

It would be useful if the 'Manage add-ons' dialog box included a tab for
the license of the currently-selected add-on.

For example, the only times when I am sure of the license for the 'Git
Support' add-on is the five seconds either side of the moments when I
update it.
