Hi Bernhard,
I found an older video demonstration about how to create and use a
Docbook XSLT customization layer from Oxygen:

Basically you need to duplicate the "Docbook to PDF" transformation
scenario and set the "XSLT URL" parameter to point to your XSLT
customization.
