Hello,

You can integrate Google Translate in WebHelp Responsive output using 
the "webhelp.fragment.before.body" parameter to point to a file 
containing the Google Translate code obtained from here: 
https://translate.google.com/manager/website/
The provided code should be wrapped in a "<body/>" element in order to 
obtain an XML well-formed file. Going further, you can style the 
resulted element using some CSS that matches the 
"#google_translate_element" element to suit your requirements.
