[oXygen-user] Fatal error when using refactoring action

Hi,

When I use a refactoring action such as Insert element, I get the following error !

I tried to add a <test> element under the <foo> element in a file like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<root>
    <foo/>
</root>
