[oXygen-user] A way to force catalog reload ?

[Oxygen XML Editor Support (Radu Coravu)]

Hi Christophe,

After you edit and save an XML catalog file in Oxygen, the inner 
catalogs cache Oxygen has should get updated.
Also if you use the toolbar "Validate" button on an opened XML document 
the catalogs cache again should be updated.
