[oXygen-user] Overline style

Hi Joel,

What XML vocabulary are you using? Some XML vocabularies might have 
special XML elements which can mark as overline text inside them.

It also depends if you want this when editing content in the Oxygen 
Author visual editing mode or when publishing.
The Author visual editing mode in Oxygen is CSS based and the 
"text-decoration:overline;" property is supported.

If you want this when publishing, do you want this when publishing to 
HTML-based outputs or to PDF?
If you want this for HTML-based outputs, your custom CSS could set the:

> text-decoration:overline;

on that particular element.
