[oXygen-user] processing .fo file in Oxygen

Dear Scott,

oXygen is pre-configured with a default "FO PDF" transformation scenario 
for XSL-FO files so all you need to get a PDF is to invoke the "Apply 
Transformation Scenario" action from the toolbar (CTRL+Shift+T / 
CMD+Shift+T on Mac).
