[oXygen-user] oXygen XSLT transformation scenario with -it:main and xsl:result-document

Aha, that was exactly the problem, I had "Create transformation temporary files
in system temporary directory" set. So I found all my output files under
/var/folders/nn/7t1m782n6xndbpf6qkf0nl3m0000gn/T/OxygenXMLTemp which I didn't
even know existed. :-)
I don't remember that I ever touched that option so perhaps in an earlier
version of oXygen the default setting was "on" and it persisted until now.
