Hello Florent,
Apologies for the late reply.
I've tested and there's definitely something strange happening there
with "Format and Indent Element" ("Cmd-Shift-I") .
I can also confirm that this only happens in an XProc document.
I've submitted this for analysis. It looks like a bug.
