[oXygen-user] Applet Configuration and Extension: MathML, Office Cut and Paste

Thanks--my applet is DITA-specific and uses the built-in DITA framework
modified only to use our insertion action classes for connection to RSuite
CMS, which is why I was surprised when paste from Excel didn't work :-)

Looks like the missing library is the issue. Will correct and test.
