[oXygen-user] Automatic re-indexing on file changes or ...?

I'm on version 15.  The files are modified outside of Oxygen.  I didn't
realize a project/folder refresh also updated the index.  Thanks for
letting me know.  Does it also update the index when oxygen is opened?
