[oXygen-user] Documentation on using BaseX

[oXygen XML Editor Support]

Hi Hannes,

Unfortunately we didn't manage to write the article in time for version 
14.1 release, but it has been scheduled for the next maintenance build 
(v14.2).

Providing a default configuration for BaseX sounds like a good idea so I 
will add a feature request for that.
