You can either organize your files in real folders or use the oXygen 
"logical" folders to group your files in such a way that you can then 
easily take advantage of the find replace in files and spell check in 
files that can be triggered from the Project contextual menu after 
selecting the folders that contain the files you are interested in - the 
default scope for these operations will be the selected project files.
