[oXygen-user] Add comment... + deleted text in track changes

Hi David,

The changes themselves allow comments, so you do not need to use the add 
comment to describe a delete, use the "Comment change" action instead - 
this is available from the contextual menu on a change, just after 
Accept and Reject actions.
