[oXygen-user] Validation of @class on non-DITA elements

It looks like the DITA Schematrons are validating @class on non-DITA
elements (that is, elements within topic/foreign), e.g. @class on MathML
elements.

The Schematrons should ignore the non-DITA content of <foreign> elements.
