[oXygen-user] <navtitle> included in PDF

Thanks for the quick reply and sorry for the delayed response. Release 
frenzy here.
I was using the 1.5 toolkit, bundled with Oxygen Author 11.2. (I should 
upgrade, I know.) I swapped in the 1.5.3 toolkit and the problem went away.
