[oXygen-user] Schematron mixing namespace

I have been running the following Schematron example from the
commandline without any issue using the example iso_svrl_for_xslt2.xsl
provided with ISO/IEC 19757 DSDL. Which merely generates a warning when
encountering the xd namespace.
 
However when running the same Schematron using Oxygen 13.1 I get the
error below.
