[oXygen-user] Create DITAVAL Files from Condition Sets?

Hi Eliot,

Indeed Oxygen creates on the fly a DITAVAL file based on the current 
profiling condition set.

I added your suggestion as an improvement request.
How would you see this implemented? As an additional action? Where would 
this action be placed?
