[oXygen-user] Easiest way to add a header row to a table in a DITA topic?

Hi Yves,

The easiest way is to use the contextual menu actions from the Outline.
You select the tbody, right click, Insert Before->thead
Then use the toolbar "Insert table cell" to add a number of cells equal 
to the ones of the table body.
