[oXygen-user] Unset a transform parameter in a scenario

The Disable button is enabled only for parameters declared in the XSLT
stylesheet and edited (with the Edit button) in the transformation
scenario. For parameters not declared in the stylesheet but added
manually in the scenario (needed when the same scenario is associated to
other stylesheets) use the buttons Add and Remove.
