[oXygen-user] Add a tools to generate Documentation for Relax NG, Schematron and NVDL

Hello,

We will consider your request for a future version. If other users need 
HTML documentation for these types of schema we increase the priority of 
this feature request but so far it does not seem to be much demand for that.
