[oXygen-user] ant docbook

I was using oXygen to take a look at the ant-build-docbook.xml file
from the DocBook Ant distribution.

oXygen is telling me that <available> can't be a child of <and> inside
<condition>. The ant manual seems to contradiction that assertion:
