[oXygen-user] Upgrading Tool Chain

Any component can be changed, except xerces. Make sure you
are placing all the jars that compose a component in the lib
directory. For example replacing fop.jar implies also replacing
avalon.jar and batik jar. By the way, we tested the latest FOP and
there are some problems with it.
