[oXygen-sdk] Integrate with 'Export DITA Map' (DITA Maps Manager)

Hi,

Just to update this thread on the Oxygen SDK mailing list, it seems that 
for custom URL protocols which do not have a host name and look like this:

> cproto:/C:/path/to/test.ditamap

the Oxygen "Export DITA Map" action did not properly work.
We will fix this for Oxygen 19.
