[oXygen-sdk] [Ann] Oxygen XML Editor 17.1 beta

Hi everybody,

It would be great especially for CMS integrators to make some small 
tests and see if they have anything to report against 17.1 (standalone 
or Eclipse based). We might have a couple more days to fix any reported 
issues.
