[oXygen-sdk] Adding listener to a certain attribute

Hi

 

I have a custom attribute defined in my DITA customization called
'ishcondition'. I'd like to capture when a user adds/edits this attribute so
I can show a wizard. 

 

How can I do this through the oXygen API?
